Keith Knox is a Social Media Consultant, working for Dell Social Media Services Group. Dell is a recognized social media leader in listening and engagement since becoming active in social media in 2006. As a result, Dell’s leadership in social media has been cited in 50+ books.
Knox posses 20+ year’s business experience with a background in operations, e-commerce, management consulting, and marketing. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and his MBA from SMU. The charity that Knox contributes most of his efforts towards is VeteransAdventure.Org, which focuses on rehabilitating Wounded Warriors.
