Jeff Meisner is the CEO of Skyline Sector 5 and Sector 5 Digital. He holds a BA degree in International Studies in Politics and Diplomacy from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Rebekah Horton is the Marketing Coordinator at Skyline Sector 5 where she manages social media, branding, public relations, special events and lead generation. Prior to her position at Sector 5, Rebekah worked as a project assistant at The S&G Group, a public relations firm, and graduated from Abilene Christian University with two degrees in Marketing and English.
