By every measure – divorce, decline of close friends, customer defections, erosion of employee loyalty, exodus from political parties and organized religion – the flight from our foundational relationships is up 30 to over 100 percent. The demise of our relationship infrastructure is truly stunning. This occurs at a time that our ability to communicate via social media is off-the-charts. Join relationship expert and former CEO of a leading customer relationship management (CRM) software company, Robert Hall to identify the cost, cause and cure for our relational unraveling across home, work, politics and faith.
Robert will focus on the role of social media as both a leading source of the relationship problem and a key force for rebuilding relationships.
